1. Scope
These terms govern the use of OpenBridge, operated by [Company legal name and address]. They apply to consumers and businesses unless a clause says otherwise.
2. The service
OpenBridge is a web workspace that gives you access to AI models of several providers through their official APIs. OpenBridge is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Mistral AI. A subscription does not include any provider's consumer subscription, such as ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro or Gemini Advanced.
Which models are available can change, for example when a provider retires a model or is temporarily unavailable. AI output can be wrong; check important results before you rely on them.
3. Plans, limits and fair use
Each plan has published limits (messages and tokens per month, requests per minute, maximum message and reply length, and a fair-use spend cap). No plan is unlimited. When a limit is reached, requests pause until the next billing period or a plan change. Current plans:
- Starter: €9.90 per month, 300 messages and 500,000 tokens per month, 5 requests per minute.
- Plus: €19.90 per month, 750 messages and 1,250,000 tokens per month, 10 requests per minute.
- Pro: €29.90 per month, 1,500 messages and 2,500,000 tokens per month, 15 requests per minute.
Prices and limits are draft launch values. [Confirm VAT inclusion and final limits].
4. Payment and term
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Paid features are activated after Stripe confirms the payment.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in your account. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. [Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers (Widerrufsrecht), withdrawal form and the "Kündigungsbutton" under § 312k BGB, to be drafted]
6. Acceptable use
You may not use OpenBridge to break the law, to violate the usage policies of the model providers, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access without written permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Liability
[Limitation of liability clause, to be drafted by legal counsel]
8. Governing law
[German law, place of jurisdiction for merchants, consumer protection carve-out]
